The Equity and Inclusion Officer is responsible for ensuring inclusion and equity within the McMaster Engineering Society as well as clubs and teams within the society. They run EDI training sessions (equity, diversity and inclusivity), review MES documentation and policy, and respond to any equity/inclusion related issues within the MES.
